It is really tough to create nice-looking and advanced templates that will look consistent over all browsers and OS:es out there and at the same time make them easy to install and configure.

I think that IceTheme has succeeded with this (even if there have been some bugs with a couple of the older templates, they have been solved) and they keep evolving with every new template.
I have to say that overall the templates are well above average. The looks attracted me to these templates in the first place. They are not completely free to download since basic memberships start from $49/year. Developer membership start at $199/year which includes level II support.
